1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it.

  • Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted
  • Orders placed during sales or promotional periods may be processed faster, limiting cancellation windows
  • Mitti & Shine reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment failures, or verification concerns

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • You receive a wrong product
  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • Items are missing from your order

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photo or video proof must be provided

Requests made beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit

Customers will be notified once the refund is initiated.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

  • Product is used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Request is made after the allowed timeframe
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to handcrafted nature
  • Customized or bulk orders

5. Cancellation by Mitti & Shine

We reserve the right to cancel orders under circumstances such as:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions

In such cases, customers will be informed and a full refund will be issued.

6. Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Mitti & Shine reserves the right to make the final decision on refund approvals
